What’s the best way to get to the marina?
- You can take the public bus in any nearby bus stop. Buses cover the hotel zone both ways. Or you can take a taxi.
- You can also book transportation with us, with an extra cost. We will pick you up directly at your hotel and will transfer you to Aquatours.

Do I need to be ready in advance for check-in?
30 minutes of anticipation should be enough.
How long is the tour?
Approximately 2 hours and a half.
Which is the route of the Tour?
The boat sails through the Nichupte Lagoon to arrive to the Love Lagoon, where we stop to have dinner. After that, the boat returns through the same route.
What days of the week is the Tour available?
It is available from Sunday to Friday, in schedule of 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.
Which are the main differences between both schedules?
Basically they are the same except for the landscape.
- At 17:00 hrs. you will be able to enjoy a great sunset of the Mexican Caribbean.
- At 20:00 hrs. you will enjoy a starry sky and moonlight.
Which is the dress code?
Semi-Formal and we recommend comfortable shoes.
Which is the minimum age to participate in Columbus Lobster Dinner tour?
The minimum age is 14 years old.
How many passengers can join the Tour?
A total of 72 passengers at a time. Everyone will have the chance to enjoy every enchanting detail of the tour. During dinner 50 will choose indoors and 22 outdoors.
How is the dinner served?
There are 3 regular options:
- Lobster: the tail is served (1 lb approximately), accompanied by steam vegetables with butter and garlic.
- For "surf and turf", we serve ½ lb of each, accompanied by vegetables.
- Veggie Menu - For vegetarians.
Is the dinner served inside the boat or outoors?
The boat has both options, with more indoor space. We do not have reservation for specific areas, but the earlier you arrive, the better.
What kind of open bar is offered?
This is a domestic open bar of renowned brands, refreshing cocktails and soft drinks.

Which is the minimum of people to apply as a group?
We require a minimum of 6 people for a discount.
What happens if it rains?
Our boat has an inside area where passengers can be comfortably seated. If you decide not to attend due to weather reasons, you can change the date, subject to availability.
Do I have to take a pill for the seasickness?
Sensitivity varies from a one person to another. Nevertheless, the Tour takes place on Nichupté Lagoon, with mild waters and without too much movement, as it is a closed zone surrounded by mangrove. Even so, if beforehand you know that you are sensible to boat movements, we recommend you to do so.
If I do not go with my partner, will I still have fun?
Yes you will! Although our Tour was designed for couples, it is totally feasible that you enjoy it in company of your family or friends, as long as what you look for is a relaxed Tour with jazz melodies, a delicious dinner and a good conversation.
If I make and pay my reservation for the Tour, and later I decide to make another of your tours, do I have some discount?
Definitively! Refer to your reservation number (only if you booked directly with us) to our toll free numbers, we can offer you a 15% discount in your next purchase. It does not apply with other promotions.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations within seven days or more before tour date are accepted, in which case a 100% refund is applied. No refunds will apply if cancellations are made after that time.
