The meet is at the Marina Aquatours, in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.

How I can arrive to the marina?
- You can take the bus of the public transportation in any of the bus stops located near it. The public buses continuously cross the hotel zone in both ways. Or you can take a taxi.
- You also can reserve with us the transportation, with an extra cost, that will pick you up directly in your hotel and will transfer you to Aquatours.


Where can I reserve the transportation?
Calling to our 1-800 number to reserve it.


How far in advance do I must be ready in the pier to do my check-in?
30 minutes of anticipation is recommended.


How much lasts the Tour?
Approximately 2 hours and a half.


Which is the route of the Tour?
The boat sails through the Nichupté Lagoon to arrive to the denominated zone the Lagoon of Love, where it stops to carry out the dinner time. After that, the boat returns, following the same route.


Which days of the week is the Tour available?
It is available from Monday to Friday, in schedule of 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.


What advantages have each schedule of the Tour?
- In the schedule of the 17:00 hrs. you will be able to enjoy a great sunset of the Mexican Caribbean.
- In the schedule of the 20:00 hrs. you will enjoy a starred sky under the moonlight.


Which is the dress code?
Casual and it is suggested to wear comfortable shoes.


Which is the minimum age to participate in the Lobster Dinner?
The minimum age is of 12 years. Smaller children are not admitted.


Can I buy a Gift Certificate to give it to the person who I decide?
Yes. The Gift Certificates can be bought directly in the 1-800 number or by internet.


Does the boat have facilities for handicapped people?
The boat does not have that kind of facilities especially designed, but our personnel is always kind to any of our clients who would need special assistance on board, as far as they can. For further information, ask to our personnel at the time of reserving.


How many passengers can join the Tour?
A total of 72 passengers at a time. 50 inside the boat and the other 22 in the open-air area.


How is the dinner served?
There are 3 regular options:
- Lobster: the tail is served (1 lb approximately), accompanied by steam vegetables with butter and garlic.
- Meat: served the same way of the lobster.
- For "surf and turf", we serve ½ lb of each, accompanied for the vegetables.


If I don’t like lobster nor meat, may I have some other option?
Of course! We have the special option of a vegetarian plate (pasta for example) as long as you ask for it at the time of reserving, doing it ahead of time.


Where is served the dinner... inside the boat or in the open-air area?
The boat counts on the two options, with more space in the area inside. We do not have reservation for the areas, but if you want to be assigned in a specific zone, the more early you arrive, the more easy to do it.


What kind of open bar is offered in the Tour?
This is a domestic open bar, with renowned brands, refreshing cocktails and soft drinks.

Which is the minimum of people that is required to reserve a group?
We require a minimum of 6 people to apply a discount.


What happens if it rains?
Our boat has an inside area where passengers can be comfortably seated. If you decide not to attend due to climatologic reasons, you can change the date, as long as availability exists.


Do I have to take a pill for the seasickness?
Sensitivity varies from a person to another one. Nevertheless, the Tour is made on the side of the Nichupté Lagoon, where the waters are calm in general and is very difficult to have too much movement, as it is a closed zone surrounded by mangrove. Even so, if beforehand you know that you are sensible to the movements of the boat, we recommend you to do so.


If I do not go in couple, am I going to bore?
Of course, no. Although our Tour was designed for couples, is totally feasible that you enjoy it in company of your family or friends, as long as what you look for is a relaxed Tour with jazz atmosphere, a delicious dinner and a good conversation.


If I make and pay my reservation for the Tour, and later I decide to make another tour of your company, do I have some discount?
Definitively yes! Make reference of your reservation number (only if you booked directly with us) to our number 01-800 of the Internet Sales Department, we can offer you a 15% discount in your next purchase. It does not apply along with another promotion.


What credit cards can be used to pay this service?
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.


What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations within seven days or more of anticipation to the date of the Tour are accepted, in which case a 100% refund is applied. In case of cancellations made in a smaller lapse of time, any refund will apply.
